Managing Hosts

Hosts are trusted members who can run activities in your community. You are always a host.

Add a host

  1. 1 Open your community and tap Hosts.
  2. 2 Enter the member's email address and tap Add Host.
  3. 3 They now appear in the host directory and can be assigned to activities.

Assign a host to an activity

  1. 1 Open the activity and tap Assign Host.
  2. 2 Select a host from the directory.
  3. 3 The previous host is notified and their role reverts to member.

Remove a host

  1. 1 Open Hosts and tap Remove next to the host.
  2. 2 You'll see a list of their upcoming activities and series.
  3. 3 Reassign those activities to another host, then confirm removal.
Note: The community leader cannot be removed from the host directory.
