Activity Series

Series group repeated activities — like a weekly chess night — so you can manage them together.

How series work

Activities imported from Google Calendar are automatically grouped into series based on the calendar event they came from. Each occurrence is its own activity — with its own registrations and waiting list — but they're linked as a series.

View series

  1. 1 Open Activities from your community dashboard.
  2. 2 Tap Grouped view — series appear as cards with session count and next date.
  3. 3 Tap View sessions to see individual occurrences.

Assign a host to a whole series

  1. 1 In the grouped view, find the series and use the Assign Host dropdown.
  2. 2 The selected host is applied to all upcoming occurrences that haven't been manually assigned.
  3. 3 Individually assigned activities are not affected.
Note: Series are created automatically from Google Calendar imports. You cannot manually create a series from scratch — yet.
